I — The Problem

One account is one point of failure.

Accounts are rarely closed for breaking a rule. They are closed because something no longer fits the model.

A payment from an exchange. A transfer from abroad. A change of residence. An industry an algorithm has learnt to distrust. Then come the funds held pending review, the letter giving notice, and no explanation.

A second payment app is not a backup. A second account at a similar institution, under the same rules, changes very little. What matters is the arrangement as a whole: where you bank, how your companies are held, and how money reaches you.

Not everyone comes to us after something has gone wrong. Many simply want to build properly from the start: a first account abroad, a company offshore, or an arrangement that finally fits how they live and work.

II — Whom We Serve

Some come after a door has closed. Others make sure it never matters.

Those building abroad

A first account outside your home country, or a company offshore, set up properly from the start.

Those improving their setup

Accounts and companies that grew one at a time, reorganised so they finally fit together.

Founders after a closure

Funds held, an account closed without explanation. Somewhere sound to continue, quickly.

Holders of digital assets

Turning digital assets into money you can use, with institutions that understand where it comes from.

Those moving abroad

A change of residence often ends the accounts you leave behind. We arrange what replaces them before you go.

Those who value discretion

Significant capital, public lives and private affairs. Fewer dependencies, and fewer people deciding for you.

III — The Three Pillars

Resilience is built in three layers.

I

Banking

The right institution in the right jurisdiction. One where pressure and headlines are not a reason to close your account.

II

Company Structure

Entities arranged to match where you bank. Inside and outside the EU, built to fit together.

III

Payment Infrastructure

How money reaches you, set up so that freezes are not triggered in the first place.

Specific institutions, jurisdictions and structures are discussed privately, on the call.

IV — Levels

Measured by how protected you are. Not by what you own.

Level One

Backup

A second foundation outside your current environment. The first layer of protection.

Level Two

Diversified

Several institutions across several jurisdictions. No single decision can cut you off.

Level Three

Fully Resilient

Company, banking and payments as one coherent structure. Built to keep running.

V — The Concierge

One point of contact. A curated network behind it.

You deal with one person who knows your situation. Behind them sits a network of banking, structuring and payment partners, each one we use or work with ourselves. We make the introductions personally, so you never arrive as a cold application.

Who those partners are stays between us and our clients.

VI — Our Undertakings

What you may expect of us. In writing.

Most disappointments in this field have little to do with expertise. They come from silence, surprises on the invoice and promises made too early. These are the four things we hold ourselves to.

i.

A reply within one working day

You will not have to chase us. Every message is answered within one working day, by the person who knows your file.

ii.

Every fee in writing, before you commit

Whatever the work costs, ours or a partner’s, is set out in writing before you agree to anything. No figures appear later.

iii.

Introductions with a fair prospect

Before any introduction we review your papers and circumstances. We would rather tell you no than send you somewhere you will be turned away.

iv.

A plain answer, early

If we cannot help, you will hear it in the first conversation. Not after months of paperwork.

Confidentiality

In the tradition of the old private banks.

We treat client relationships with the discretion long associated with Swiss private banking. Your name, your affairs and the introductions we make are not discussed with anyone outside the matter.

We publish no client lists and no named case studies, and we never share or sell client details for marketing. Each partner learns only what its introduction requires.

As with any firm, we comply with lawful orders from courts and authorities.

VII — How We Work

Quietly, and in order.

01

A private conversation

Your companies, your accounts, what has been tried and where it stopped working.

02

Your options

What would be possible in your situation, and what each partner would charge, set out plainly before you commit.

03

Personal introductions

We review your papers first, then introduce you to the partners who fit. They carry out the setup.

04

Until it’s in place

We stay with you until every part is open, working and in your hands.

VIII — The House

Run like a private office. Kept small on purpose.

We take on a limited number of clients and keep them for years. We live the arrangement we describe: accounts in several countries, companies across borders, and a long memory of which doors stay open.

No newsletters to unsubscribe from. No sales calls you didn’t ask for. One conversation, and then whatever your affairs require.

IX — Questions

Frequently asked.

Who is this for?

Founders, investors and private clients. Some arrive after an account has been closed. Many simply want to build properly abroad or bring order to accounts and companies that grew one at a time. Living abroad is not a requirement.

What does the concierge actually do?

You speak to one person. We look at your situation, set out what would be possible, introduce you to the right partners and stay with you until everything is in place. The partners do the opening and the paperwork. We make sure you reach the right ones.

My funds are already held. Can you help?

We cannot influence another provider’s review. What we can do is make sure your business has somewhere else to keep running while it takes place, and that it doesn’t happen to you twice.

Do you open accounts for me?

No. We show what is possible and introduce you to partners. Every account decision and every verification step remains with the respective provider.

Is this about paying less tax?

No. This is about continuity and independence. For tax questions, speak with a licensed tax professional in your jurisdiction.

Is discretion the same as secrecy?

No. We work only with clients whose funds and businesses are legitimate and properly declared, and every partner carries out full verification. Discretion means we keep your affairs to ourselves. It does not mean keeping them from anyone entitled to know.

Why don’t you name your partners?

Because the right partner depends on your situation, and because discretion protects everyone involved. Names are shared on the call.

What if a provider declines me?

It can happen, as every provider makes its own decision. That is why we review your circumstances before any introduction and only make those with a fair prospect. Should one decline, we look at the next option with you. You are not left to start again alone.

How are you paid?

We may receive a referral fee from partners we introduce you to. It does not change the price you pay, and every partner quotes their fees to you in full before you commit.
